I would recommend using a sealer so there is minimal chance of moisture seeping behind the light fixture. I recommend Fastenal TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant # 0160297. It creates a waterproof seal at seams between joined parts and adheres to nearly anything.

Your seal is a bit different than what we currently offer, but I may have a solution for you still. In the pictures you provided it looks like you have a wiper seal that has a fold over bulb seal, but it also looks like you have a second bulb seal since there's feet on the backside of it to slide into a track. It looks like your seals were stuck on with a glue/double sided tape and some screws.

Our friends at Stromberg Carlson do not offer a replacement foam grip for the grab handle you mentioned.
The good news is that the foam grip is the same type that is used on bike handlebars. The foam tube is an off-the-shelf item that you should be able to find at your local bike repair shop. Getting the foam tube on the handle is a little tricky, but spraying some aerosol hair spray on the metal tubing will act as a lubricant allowing the foam tube to be worked into the desired position.... view full answer...
You've got both a wiper seal and a bulb seal here with the wiper seals having a track for the bulb seal to slide onto. The Rubber Wiper Seal with Track for RV Slide Out # SR87FR you were already looking at is most likely the closest option to what you currently have. For the bulb seal you can use the Rubber Bulb Seal for RV Slide Out # SR74FR.
